Riverhead Project – Electrical Overview

For the Riverhead project, Liquid Electrical delivered a targeted electrical and low-voltage solution to support the core services of the home. The installation focused on reliable power for all key mechanical systems, along with a structured cabling and AV backbone that sets the property up for long-term performance and future upgrades.

Underfloor Heating Heat Pump Power Supply

We installed a dedicated power supply for the underfloor heating heat pump, connected via an isolator. This provided a reliable feed and safe isolation point for servicing and maintenance.

Underfloor Heating Manifold & Thermostats

A separate supply was run to the underfloor heating manifold, with wiring to three thermostats. This allowed the floor heating to be split into independent zones, giving the clients better comfort control and efficiency.

Pool Heating Heat Pump Power Supply

Liquid Electrical provided a dedicated power supply for the pool heating heat pump, again connected to an isolator. The system was wired to support consistent operation and straightforward isolation when required.

Pool Services Supply

An independent supply was installed for the pool services, giving the plant equipment its own dedicated circuit. This helped simplify both load management and any future changes to pool equipment.

Water Pump Power Supply (50 m)

We ran a 50-metre power supply to the water pump to suit the site layout. The circuit was sized to maintain performance across the full distance and ensure reliable operation.

Septic System Power Supply (50 m)

A separate 50-metre power supply was installed for the septic system. This provided stable power to the wastewater equipment and made the circuit easy to identify for ongoing service and support.

Gate Power & Intercom Cabling

Power and intercom cabling were delivered to the main gate to support access control and communication. This created a solid platform for gate motors, intercom stations and future integration with wider control systems.

Gas Fire Power Supply

We installed a dedicated supply for the gas fire, giving the ignition and control systems a clean, reliable electrical feed while keeping everything neatly coordinated with the interior finishes.

Structured Cabling Solution

Alongside the power infrastructure, Liquid Electrical implemented a full structured cabling solution. This formed the network backbone for data, control and AV across the home, allowing devices and systems to be centralised and easily managed.

TV Prewiring & AV Distribution

Seven TV locations were prewired with satellite/Freeview connections, internet connectivity and interface/control cabling. Each point was set up to receive HD distribution from a central AV system, providing a tidy, centralised approach to entertainment and future smart home integration.
