This included installing elegant pendant and wall light fittings in bedrooms and living areas, setting up heated towel rail sets in bathrooms for added luxury, and ensuring all lighting solutions were both practical and aesthetic. Data plates under TVs were installed for seamless connectivity, and specific lighting controls (the Lutron system), were implemented for customizable room ambiance.

• Common Areas and External Spaces:

  In the communal areas, tasks included installing comprehensive lighting solutions such as emergency lights, luxary pendant lights, and wall lights. Outdoor areas saw the addition of heat-resistant light fittings and earth bonding for safety and durability.
