For the prestigious Glenmore Road project, we crafted a comprehensive and bespoke electrical solution that seamlessly blends innovative design with practical functionality, tailored to the luxurious and sophisticated demands of this unique residence. Key Features

• Sophisticated Wiring Solutions:

  Employing full conventional wiring techniques, our team ensured a robust and reliable electrical infrastructure, capable of supporting a wide range of modern amenities and future-proof enhancements, including provisions for solar installations.

• Heating and Comfort:

  The project featured a dedicated power supply for five underfloor heating zones and a heat pump for underfloor heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment throughout the residence. Additionally, pool and septic system power supplies were meticulously planned and executed.

• Lighting Excellence:

  With the installation of 200 light fittings, including a mix of recessed, pendant, and external lights, as well as specialized LED and feature lighting, the project illuminated the property's best features while enhancing the ambiance of each space.

• Advanced Security and Convenience:

  Incorporating a comprehensive security system with PIRs, internal and external sirens, smoke and heat detectors, alarm and access keypads, and CCTV cameras, the project prioritized safety and security. The addition of 14 pairs of speakers for the audio system further enriched the living experience.

• Connectivity and Entertainment:

  The project included a full structured cabling solution to support a modern and connected home, with provisions for TV prewiring, data outlets, WiFi access points, and an A/V distribution system, ensuring seamless entertainment and communication throughout the residence.

• Customized Control and Automation:

  Specialized power supplies for external amenities such as the pool, water pump, and gate, alongside internal features like mirror demisters, towel rails, and extractor fans, were planned with meticulous care, offering both convenience and energy efficiency.
