Project Information

For the Okura Electrical Infrastructure project commissioned by Todd Property, we devised an extensive and meticulously planned electrical system designed to cater to the comprehensive needs of a modern and expansive development. This project exemplifies our commitment to deploying only the highest quality materials and workmanship to deliver a system that is not only reliable and efficient but also aesthetically pleasing and seamlessly integrated with the development's infrastructure.

Key Features

  • Advanced Cable Management:

Implementation of a vast network of PVC conduits and XLPE cables across various segments of the infrastructure, ensuring robust and reliable electrical distribution tailored to the specific needs of each area, including residential units, communal spaces, and service areas.

  • Community Power Solutions:

The project featured the installation of aluminum box community power units, designed for high durability and easy access, accompanied by comprehensive earth systems, including earth pegs and labels, ensuring the safety and reliability of the electrical infrastructure.

  • Lighting and Security:

A significant focus was placed on enhancing the security and aesthetic appeal of the community through the installation of high-quality LED uplights, bollards, and CCTV systems. Specialized garden cabling and connectors were used to illuminate landscapes and walkways, creating a welcoming and secure environment.

  • Street Lighting Control:

The implementation of an advanced street lighting control system, including custom induction loop controllers and a vast array of Hunza Arch bollards, demonstrates our ability to blend functionality with design, ensuring efficient lighting management while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the development.

  • Specialized Installations:

Attention to detail was paramount, with installations such as gate cabling for CCTV and lighting, ensuring seamless integration and operation. The project also included provisions for future expansions, such as solar conduit installations from switchboards to roof spaces, underscoring our forward-thinking approach to sustainable development.
