For the Wawata Estate development project, Liquid Electrical offered a comprehensive electrical service estimate tailored to the community's needs. The project focused on establishing a robust and reliable electrical infrastructure that supports various community services, enhancing both functionality and comfort for the residents.

Key Features

• Main Distribution and Power Supply:

  The proposal included setting up the main distribution board (DB) with the power to cater to community services, including gate communication racks, street lighting, and bore pump power supplies, ensuring a seamless and efficient electrical distribution across the estate.

• Gate and Street Lighting Power Distribution:

  A separate distribution setup for Gate, including power and control for local street lighting, underlines the project’s emphasis on safety and accessibility throughout the community areas.

• Community Lighting Infrastructure:

  The estimate accounted for two lighting distribution boards, underpinning the extensive lighting plan designed to illuminate common areas, streets, and estate signage, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and safety of the estate.

• Specialized Street Lighting System:

  The project proposed the installation of 26 premium bollard lights and five induction detectors, controlled by an astronomical programmable processor, demonstrating Liquid Electrical’’ capability in integrating advanced lighting solutions.

• Bore Pump Power Supply:

  Dedicated power supply provisions for the community bore pump were included, ensuring the reliability of water resources and infrastructure essential to the estate's daily operations.

• Electrical and Fiber Duct Installation:

  A significant part of the estimate was allocated to project management and installation labor to assist with the laying of electrical ducts and Fibre Ribbonet tubes, essential for the estate’s communication and electrical networks.
