Project Information

For this project we designed, supplied and installed all Electrical systems for the North Care Accident & Medical center including Café, Pharmacy and offices. For the Northcare Accident & Medical center project at 5 Home Place, Rosedale, Auckland, including the Cafe, Pharmacy, and Apartments, Liquid Electrical executed a comprehensive electrical fit-out. This transformation from a cafe into consultation rooms was part of a larger initiative to upgrade and modernize the entire complex.

Key Features

• Mains Power Distribution:

  Liquid Electrical was responsible for designing, supplying, and installing the entire electrical system for the complex. The project encompassed a robust 1000-amp 3-phase supply to accommodate high-current medical equipment like MRI and X-ray machines. The installation included power distribution and a structured cabling system across 12 tenancies, providing a scalable solution for future needs.

• Lighting Installation:

  We implemented a full lighting system across all areas of the complex, covering internal and external spaces of the 12 tenancies, community surfaces, emergency routes, signage, street, and carpark lighting. This comprehensive lighting solution ensured functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal throughout the premises.

• Cabling Infrastructure:

  Our work extended to a wide array of cabling services, including structured network, security, access control, audio, video, fiber, and CCTV systems. These were meticulously prewired and terminated throughout the building, with provisions for inter-tenancy connectivity to support future expansions.

• Comprehensive Electrical Fit-Out:

  The quotation covered the complete electrical fit-out necessary for converting the cafe into consultation rooms, ensuring that the new spaces would be well-equipped with the required power and lighting infrastructure.
