For the Wawata Estate development project, Liquid Electrical offered a comprehensive electrical service estimate tailored to the community's needs. The project focused on establishing a robust and reliable electrical infrastructure that supports various community services, enhancing both functionality and comfort for the residents.

Key Features

• Main Distribution and Power Supply:

  Our proposal includes the installation of the main distribution board (DB), engineered to support essential community services such as gate communication racks, street lighting, and bore pump power supplies. This setup ensures efficient and seamless electrical distribution throughout the estate, catering to the needs of every resident.

• Dedicated Gate and Street Lighting Power Systems:

  We designed a separate power distribution system for gates and local street lighting, emphasizing the importance of safety and accessibility across community areas. This ensures that all pathways and entry points are well-lit and secure.

• Community Lighting Infrastructure:

  The lighting for wawata include two lighting distribution boards, supporting an extensive lighting strategy intended to brighten common areas, streets, and estate signage. This not only enhances the estate’s aesthetic appeal but also increases safety for residents and visitors.

• Advanced Street Lighting Solutions:

  The installation of 26 premium bollard lights and five induction detectors, controlled by an astronomical programmable processor, showcases Liquid Electrical's expertise in integrating sophisticated lighting technologies that adapt to environmental conditions and usage patterns.

• Bore Pump Power Supply:

  We have allocated dedicated power supply solutions for the community bore pump, ensuring consistent and reliable water resources, which are vital for the estate’s daily functioning and sustainability.

• Comprehensive Electrical and Fiber Duct Installation:

  A substantial portion of our estimate is devoted to project management and labor for installing electrical ducts and Fiber Ribbonet tubes. These installations are crucial for establishing a robust communication and electrical network that meets the future needs of Wawata Estate.
